RENE LEBLANC ACCEPTS RETURNS WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS OF ORDER DELIVERY
PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION; UNALTERED, UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGE, WITH ORIGINAL TAGS AND LABELS STILL ATTACHED, ALONG WITH ALL RELATED ACCESSORIES, DOCUMENTS AND PROTECTIVE COVERS INCLUDED. RETURNS OF INCOMPLETE, ALTERED, WORN, DAMAGED OR SOILED PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR EXPENSE.

WE ONLY ALLOW EXCHANGES ON THE SAME PRODUCT (SAME PRICE) IN A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOR. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A DIFFERENT PRODUCT OR THE SAME PRODUCT IN A DIFFERENT MATERIAL INSTEAD, PLEASE RETURN YOUR PRODUCT FOR A REFUND, THEN PLACE A NEW ORDER ONLINE FOR THE PRODUCT YOU WOULD LIKE.

RENE LEBLANC ("WE", "US", "OUR") ACCEPTS RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF RENE LEBLANC PRODUCTS ("PRODUCTS") ELIGIBLE TO RETURN (AS DEFINED IN RENE LEBLANC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE) WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS OF ORDER DELIVERY.
THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY TO ORDERS FOR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS AND FOR ANY OTHER PRODUCT THAT YOU WAS INFORMED AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER THAT IT COULD NOT BE RETURNED (IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW) ("NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS").

RENE LEBLANC DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF: PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS, PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING A PROMOTION, PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON SALE OR AT A REDUCED PRICE, SUBSCRIPTIONS OR GIFT CARDS. PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON “SALE” OR ON “FINAL SALE” CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, UNLESS THEY HAVE MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OR DO NOT CORRESPOND TO THE DESCRIPTION.
THIS RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY APPLIES EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON WWW.RENELEBLANC.COM.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF RENE LEBLANC PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM ANY OUTSIDE RETAILER, AS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY.
SECTION 3- RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS
TO RETURN A PRODUCT, YOU MUST INFORM US OF YOUR INTENTION TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT. TO THIS EFFECT YOU MAY:
(I) INDICATION OF THE PRODUCT(S) FOR WHICH YOU WISH TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RIGHT TO CANCEL; AND (II) THE ORDER NUMBER, TO THE FOLLOWING RECIPIENT'S EMAIL: CLIENT@RENELEBLANC.COM.
ONCE YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED, WE WILL EMAIL YOU A CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND A RETURN ADDRESS. YOU MAY THEN FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT(S) TO US.
SECTION 4- RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
2- PRINT AND ATTACH THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX, ON TOP OF THE ORIGINAL LABEL, AND SEAL THE BOX SECURELY. MAKE SURE TO COVER ANY EXISTING SHIPPING LABELS.
3- GIVE THE PACKAGE TO THE COURIER IDENTIFIED ON THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS OF THE RETURN REQUEST IN ORDER TO BE ACCEPTED.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND 'RETURN SHIPPING' COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE A SHIPPING SERVICE/COURIER WITH A TRACKING NUMBER AND THAT YOU TAKE OUT INSURANCE COVERING THE TOTAL VALUE OF YOUR RETURN PACKAGE.
RENE LEBLANC CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE NOT PROPERLY LABELLED OR THAT DO NOT REACH US FOR ANY REASON.
SECTION 5- EXCHANGE - REFUNDS
UPON RECEIPT OF A PRODUCT FOR WHICH A RETURN OR EXCHANGE WAS REQUESTED, WE WILL INSPECT THE PRODUCT TO ENSURE THAT THE RETURN / EXCHANGE CONDITIONS SPECIFIED ABOVE IN SECTION 1 ARE MET. SUBJECT TO THE PRODUCT MEETING THOSE CONDITIONS, AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND WILL BE MADE.
REFUNDS WILL BE MADE TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, IN THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT AND IN THE SAME CURRENCY AS THE ORIGINAL ORDER. ALL RETURNS ORIGINALLY SHIPPED WITH FREE SHIPPING WILL BE SUBJECT TO A CAD$ 12 RESTOCKING FEE.
WE AIM TO PROCESS ALL REFUNDS WITHIN FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR RETURNS. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AS SOON AS YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED. DEPENDING ON YOUR CREDIT CARD ISSUER AND/OR BANK, REFUNDS MAY TAKE A FEW EXTRA DAYS TO APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD/BANK STATEMENT.
